This privacy policy applies to the IM News app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by SystemsDNA Limited (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

These terms govern your use of the Investor Media website, IM World, APEX Invest events, IM World app and WhatsApp network. By using our services you agree to these terms.

2. Events

Registration for APEX Invest and other events is subject to availability and our approval. Places are non-transferable unless agreed in writing. Refund terms are provided at registration.

3. WhatsApp network

By joining @InvestorMedia you agree to receive event updates, deal alerts and community content. Do not share or reproduce our WhatsApp content without permission. We may remove participants who breach these terms.

4. IM World app

The IM World app provides access to content across Finance, Sustainability, Luxury Assets, Tourism, Yachting, Fintech and regional editions. Content is for informational purposes only.

5. Intellectual property

All content — text, images, video, event materials, branding — belongs to IM World Ltd or its licensors. No reproduction without written permission.

6. Investment disclaimer

7. Property, travel & yachting
